About Bee Influence

Bee Influence is a specialist talent and marketing agency doing it for the community, culture and climate. We represent leading voices across climate, sustainability, nature, social justice and culture. We work with campaigners, authors, creatives and thought leaders to create meaningful partnerships that drive impact.

Our work goes far beyond traditional influencer campaigns. We work across speaking engagements, consultancy projects, media appearances, book launches, podcasts, advisory positions, workshops and strategic partnerships with organisations and brands whose values align with those of our talent.

We're looking for an experienced Talent Manager who understands that success isn't measured solely by revenue, but by building long-term careers rooted in integrity, purpose and meaningful impact.

The Role

This is not a traditional talent management role.

We're looking for someone who has significant experience managing purpose-led talent and who is comfortable navigating opportunities across commercial, academic, charity and public sector organisations.

Alongside managing opportunities, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our talent, helping them make decisions that balance commercial success with their values, wellbeing and long-term career goals.

You'll be responsible for managing relationships with both talent and clients, negotiating contracts, identifying new opportunities and ensuring every partnership reflects the standards and ethos of Bee Influence.

You will be supported by an experienced PA who has been with Bee Influence for almost 2 years and is able to support you with day to day tasks including client engagement, contract reviews, keeping talent up to date with campaign dates, updating diaries, helping to coordinate schedules and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned talent.

Source, negotiate and manage commercial and non-commercial opportunities including PR, event invites and gifting requests.

Coordinate contracts, schedules, deliverables and client communications.

Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with each talent’s goals.

Manage brand partnerships, speaking engagements, conferences, university events, consultancy projects, workshops, advisory roles, podcasts, media appearances and book launches.

Review briefs and contracts, identifying risks and advising talent accordingly.

Advocate for talent throughout negotiations, ensuring appropriate fees, accessibility requirements and working conditions are secured.

Build long-term relationships with brands, charities, NGOs, publishers, universities and agencies.

Can occasionally travel to events across the UK to support talent in shoots, high-profile events.

Ethical Partnership Screening

A core part of this role is assessing whether opportunities genuinely align with both Bee Influence's values and those of our talent.

You'll be expected to investigate opportunities beyond the surface level, including:

  • Greenwashing and misleading sustainability claims.

Fossil fuel, defence or other controversial industry links.

Company ownership and financial backing.

Political or reputational sensitivities.

Conflicts with an individual's personal values or existing partnerships.

Potential risks to long-term reputation and credibility.

You don't need to be a climate/nature policy expert, but you should naturally ask questions, research organisations thoroughly and feel confident recommending that an opportunity should not proceed where appropriate. This is nuanced, and every talent, despite them being in a similar climate and nature space, will have their own boundaries. It is your responsibility to balance investigating opportunities against their commerciality, and alignment with the talent’s values.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Significant experience in talent management or creator representation - this is not an entry level role.

Experience managing opportunities beyond traditional influencer brand campaigns (i.e not just social media, but offline work such as speaking opportunities).

Strong commercial negotiation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Exceptional organisational skills.

Confidence managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Experience reviewing contracts and negotiating commercial terms.

A genuine interest in climate, sustainability, social impact or purpose-led work with experience to back it.

The confidence to challenge opportunities that don't align with talent values.

We'd Particularly Love Someone Who Has Experience Managing

  • Brand partnerships

Speaking engagements

Conferences

Universities

NGOs and charities

Consultancy projects

Workshops

Advisory roles

Podcast appearances

Media interviews

Authors and book publicity

Thought leadership campaigns

Success in this Role Looks Like

  • Efficient management of incoming opportunities.

High-quality client communication.

Strong ethical screening of partnerships.

Well-maintained talent schedules and records.

Positive relationships with clients and partners.

Supporting talent to pursue impactful opportunities aligned with their values.

Driving profit and spotting new opportunities towards the business.

Essential Qualities

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Caring towards people and the planet

Highly organised

Commercially minded whilst balancing this with ethical considerations

Calm under pressure.

An excellent relationship builder.

A strong negotiator.

Passionate about helping purpose-led people build meaningful careers.

Retrofit their talent management style to various personalities, including those who are disabled and neurodivergent.

Apply to join the team!

Please send us your CV to and please answer the following (can be a paragraph in the email):

Tell us about a time you advised a client or creator not to pursue a commercial opportunity. What factors influenced your recommendation, and what was the outcome?

Please note we will be automatically rejecting suspected AI responses. xwwtmva
