The ideal candidate

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a closely related field.
• Possesses a recognized teaching qualification.
• Demonstrated experience teaching English at the lower secondary level (Years 7–9).
• Familiarity with international curricula; IB experience is highly advantageous.
• Skilled at fostering student engagement through inquiry‑based and interactive teaching methods.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborative mindset, contributing to curriculum development and supporting diverse student needs.
• Passionate about inspiring young learners and committed to high standards of teaching and learning.
