Recycling Prepper Operative - Wednesbury Location: Wednesbury Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm Job Type: Ongoing temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. We are currently recruiting for a Recycling Prepper Operative to join a busy recycling facility based in Wednesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for a long-term position with the potential for permanent employment. Key Responsibilities: * Separating plastic components from metal materials ready for recycling. * Using hand tools and power tools such as saws and drills safely and effectively. * Preparing materials for the recycling process. * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment. * Following all health and safety procedures. What Were Looking For: * Previous experience using hand-held and power tools (including saws and drills). * Good practical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work as part of a team and independently. * A reliable and hardworking attitude. * Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, recycling, or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.
