DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA
ANALISTA DE RECRUTAMENTO & SELEÇÃO SÊNIOR (RH)
PROPÓSITO DA FUNÇÃO
Atuar na condução dos processos de Recrutamento e Seleção da Móbile, assegurando qualidade técnica, agilidade, alinhamento ao perfil institucional e uma experiência de cuidado e respeito para candidatos e gestores. A função também contribui para o aprimoramento contínuo dos processos e para iniciativas estratégicas da área de Gestão de Talentos.
RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:
  • Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção de ponta a ponta, conforme o escopo da função.
  • Realizar alinhamento de perfil com gestores, apoiando a definição de requisitos, critérios de avaliação e estratégia de condução de cada processo seletivo.
  • Gerenciar volume simultâneo de vagas, assegurando organização, priorização, qualidade de execução e cumprimento de prazos.
  • Conduzir triagem de currículos, entrevistas e demais etapas de avaliação, utilizando critérios consistentes e aderentes às necessidades da instituição.
  • Realizar entrevistas por competências em português e em inglês, quando aplicável.
  • Elaborar pareceres e recomendações, apoiando gestores na tomada de decisão sobre candidatos.
  • Garantir práticas de recrutamento seguro, e uma experiência pautada por profissionalismo, cuidado, respeito e clareza na comunicação com candidatos e lideranças.
  • Atuar em processos com interface internacional.
  • Contribuir para projetos e iniciativas da área de Gestão de Talentos, tais como employer branding, melhoria de processos, onboarding, indicadores e outras frentes correlatas.
  • Apoiar a evolução contínua dos processos de atração e seleção, identificando oportunidades de melhoria, ganho de eficiência e aprimoramento da experiência dos envolvidos.
  • Zelar pela observância das diretrizes institucionais de recrutamento seguro e salvaguarda aplicáveis ao contexto escolar.
  • Produzir e acompanhar indicadores de recrutamento e seleção, contribuindo para análises e tomadas de decisão da área.

FORMAÇÃO:
• Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.
EXPERIÊNCIA:
  • Experiência sólida em Recrutamento e Seleção, com atuação em processos de ponta a ponta.
  • Vivência com gestão simultânea de alto volume de vagas.
  • Experiência na condução de entrevistas por competências.
  • Desejável atuação em contextos com múltiplos stakeholders e processos de maior complexidade.

IDIOMAS:
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado, com capacidade para conduzir entrevistas e interações profissionais no idioma.

DIFERENCIAIS:
  • Especialização ou cursos complementares em Recrutamento e Seleção, Talent Acquisition ou Gestão de Pessoas.
  • Experiência com projetos de melhoria de processos e indicadores da área.
  • Familiaridade com o uso de inteligência artificial aplicada aos processos de seleção.

CARGA HORÁRIA:
Ter disponibilidade para dedicação de 44h semanais.
