  • Support the development of literacy, numeracy, communication, and essential life skills.
  • Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and self-regulation techniques.
  • Deliver engaging activities that encourage independence, confidence, and social interaction.
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN, educational, care, or support-based setting.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
  • Patience, resilience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual pupil needs.
  • A proactive approach to promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
  • A commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, as travel between schools and provisions within the Great Yarmouth area may be required.

What We Offer

  • Access to specialist SEN training and professional development through Teaching Personnel's CPD Academy.
  • Competitive weekly pay, reflective of your experience and availability.
  • Opportunities to gain valuable experience across a variety of SEN settings.
  • Easy-to-use online systems for timesheets and communication.
  • Ongoing support and guidance from a dedicated consultant who understands the sector.
  • Flexible opportunities to suit your availability and career goals.
