This Private Client Fee Earner position offers the chance to work within a

thriving Wills & Probate team , managing a varied caseload that includes Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Trusts. You will be instrumental in managing client relationships with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high standards of client care and adherence to quality protocols. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues and external organisations, contributing to the ongoing success and reputation of the department. The position is based in Lincoln, offering a

supportive environment

with opportunities for personal development and progression, including support towards STEP qualification. About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a warm, charismatic and empathetic personality with excellent communication skills. You should be confident and capable of building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues. Previous experience in handling your own Private Client caseload is a must, along with a professional approach and a commitment to continuous development. Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, STEP qualified individuals or simply Fee Earners with relevant Private Client experience are encouraged to apply. Whats on Offer
