About The Role

As a Product Support & Sales Administrator, you'll be the go-to expert for our extensive product range. Your day will be a dynamic mix of providing top-notch technical support for pressure washers, water pumps, and generators, and engaging with customers across the UK and Ireland via phone and email. You'll use your administrative prowess to process sales through our CRM system and assist customers at our sales counter. This role is perfect for a problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues and offering expert advice. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and staying ahead of industry trends.
