Sheet Metal WorkerLocation: Marden, KentSalary: £28,000 to £38,000 plus bonus and overtimeHours: Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700, PermanentJoin a Skilled Manufacturing TeamAre you an experienced Sheet Metal Worker looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a skilled individual to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business, producing high-quality precision components for a wide range of customers.Working within a modern, fully equipped manufacturing environment, you'll be part of a supportive team where quality, craftsmanship and continuous improvement are valued.The RoleAs a Sheet Metal Worker, you'll be responsible for producing precision sheet metal components to exact specifications. Your day-to-day duties will include:- Bending, forming, fabricating and finishing sheet metal components.- Manufacturing parts to customer specifications and engineering drawings.- Deburring, drilling and assembling fabricated components.- Carrying out spot welding on bespoke products when required.- Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and production deadlines.- Working safely and maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.About YouWe're looking for someone with:- Proven experience working with fine limit sheet metal.- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and assembly processes.- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.- Experience with deburring, drilling and spot welding.- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.- A keen eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work.Desirable Skills- Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:- LVD CNC Press Brake- Power-assisted rollers- Power guillotines- TIG weldingWhat's on Offer?- Competitive salary based on experience.- Stable, permanent employment with a growing manufacturer.- Modern workshop and excellent working environment.- Ongoing training and opportunities to develop your skills.- Supportive team culture where your experience is valued.If you're a skilled Sheet Metal Worker who takes pride in producing precision work and is looking for a long-term opportunity in the Marden area, we'd love to hear from you.At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
