Role: RTA Litigation Executive Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid Are you an experienced Personal Injury professional looking to join a business that genuinely invests in its people? We're working with a well-established legal services organisation that's continuing to expand its specialist Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience handling Road Traffic Accident claims who enjoys managing their own caseload while delivering an outstanding service to clients. Joining a supportive and collaborative team, you'll manage a varied portfolio of claimant RTA matters, working with modern technology, structured processes and experienced colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.
The OpportunityYou'll take ownership of a mixed caseload of litigated and pre-litigated Road Traffic Accident claims, dealing with both Official Injury Claim (OIC) and MOJ Portal matters from instruction through to settlement or conclusion. The role offers plenty of variety, combining technical legal work with regular client interaction, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing case management with excellent customer service.
