Job description
Events Executive Location: Moria Salary: £28k- £32k per annum Hours: Full-Time, Permanent Nominate Recruitment have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's leading Media and Events organisations, to recruit an Events Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, ambitious and enthusiastic Events Executive who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll play a key role in delivering successful conferences and events from concept through to completion while also supporting the company's publications. The Role As Events Executive, you'll be involved in every stage of event delivery, ensuring conferences run seamlessly while maintaining excellent relationships with speakers, sponsors and delegates. No two days will be the same, offering the chance to develop your skills across events, marketing, sales and publishing. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and deliver conferences and events from initial planning through to successful completion. Liaise with speakers, arranging travel, accommodation and event logistics. Support the Event Manager with all operational requirements during live events. Manage exhibition and sponsorship bookings while identifying new commercial opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors and commercial partners. Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms. Maintain accurate company databases and contact records. Provide editorial support through research, proofreading and fact-checking for publications. Ensure exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of event planning and delivery. About You We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and passionate about delivering exceptional events. You'll be confident managing multiple projects, working to deadlines and building strong professional relationships. You'll Bring Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding organisational and time management abilities. A professional, positive and engaging approach. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong Microsoft Office skills. The confidence to work independently and use your own initiative. A genuine passion for events, communications and delivering first-class customer experiences. Qualifications & Experience Graduate-level education. A minimum of two years' experience within events coordination or a similar role is desirable. Additional Requirements Full access to your own transport is essential. Flexibility to attend conferences and events, including occasional overnight stays, early mornings and late evenings. Skills: Events executive Admin
