As a Sales Valuer, you'll be responsible for generating new business, winning instructions and building long-term relationships with homeowners across Bracknell and the surrounding areas.
You'll provide expert market advice, conduct accurate property valuations and work closely with the sales team to ensure every client receives an outstanding service from valuation through to completion.
• Attend residential property valuations
• Win new instructions and grow market share
• Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Provide accurate market appraisals and pricing advice
• Generate business through referrals, prospecting and repeat clients
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximise opportunities
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey throughout the sales process
• Stay up to date with local property market trends
• Previous experience as a Sales Valuer, Property Valuer, Lister or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Proven track record of winning instructions
• Target-driven with excellent negotiation skills
• Passionate about delivering first-class customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Organised, self-motivated and commercially aware
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• £30,000 basic salary
• £60,000 realistic OTE with uncapped commission
• 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu
