Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 basic salary + Performance Bonuses (£40,000 realistic OTE)

Hours: Monday – Friday only (Standard workshop hours). Strictly No Weekends!

Operating a premier facility in Eastbourne, we specialize in taking promising technicians with 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience and fast-tracking their progression into certified VAG Master Technicians. We completely reject high-pressure, target-driven environments. Instead, we offer a clean, supportive workshop where you earn top junior rates while receiving paid, specialist manufacturer training across Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA, and Škoda models.
