Are you an experienced Sales Valuer, Property Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator looking to join one of Camberley's leading estate agencies?

As a Sales Valuer, you'll be responsible for generating new business, carrying out residential property valuations and securing new instructions across Camberley and the surrounding areas.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, providing expert market insight and guiding clients through every stage of the sales journey while working closely with the wider sales team to achieve outstanding results.
• Attend residential property valuations and market appraisals
• Win new instructions and grow market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Provide accurate property valuations based on current market conditions
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals and repeat customers
• Negotiate offers and support the sales process where required
• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial valuation through to completion
• Keep up to date with the local property market and competitor activity
• Previous experience as a Sales Valuer, Property Valuer, Lister or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Proven ability to win instructions and meet targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused with a professional and consultative approach
• Highly organised, self-motivated and commercially aware
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• £30,000 basic salary
• £60,000 realistic OTE with uncapped commission
• 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu
