As the Investigation Lead joining our Compliance function, you will lead and manage internal investigations relating to ethics, compliance and integrity matters across our global operations. You will be responsible for conducting complex and sensitive investigations, providing independent assessments of allegations, supporting remediation efforts and helping strengthen our culture of integrity and accountability. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal, compliance, audit or investigations professional who is passionate about ethical business practices and thrives in a highly collaborative international environment. It starts with YOU You will report directly to the Head of Compliance and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports). Location we can offer a hybrid model (on remote / Office) for candidates already based in the UK. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end investigations into allegations of misconduct, including ethics, compliance, fraud, integrity, whistleblowing, and regulatory concerns. * Plan and execute investigations, including interviews, evidence gathering, document reviews, and fact analysis. * Ensure investigations are conducted independently, fairly, confidentially, and in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and best practices. * Prepare clear investigation reports, including findings, risk assessments, and recommended actions. * Escalate significant matters appropriately and support remediation, disciplinary actions, and control improvements where required. * Maintain accurate case management records and investigation documentation in compliance with governance and data privacy requirements. * Advise business leaders and stakeholders on investigation-related risks, processes, and mitigation strategies. * Contribute to compliance programs by identifying trends, enhancing investigation frameworks, and supporting training and awareness initiatives. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Required Qualifications * Law degree or equivalent professional qualification (legal, compliance, forensic or investigative background). * Significant experience in leading internal investigations, compliance, legal, internal audit or a related discipline within multinational or complex organisations. * Experience conducting cross-border or multi-jurisdictional investigations. * Strong knowledge of ethics and compliance frameworks, including anti-corruption, competition law, whistleblowing, fraud, and integrity-related matters. * Experience working within or alongside multinational organisations. * Fluent English. * Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Preferred Qualifications * Excellent interviewing, evidence assessment, analytical, and fact-finding skills. * Strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to manage highly sensitive matters with professionalism and independence. * Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
