This role offers the opportunity to provide specialist nutritional assessment, advice and support to adults living with diabetes across a range of outpatient and multidisciplinary settings. You will contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives and the ongoing delivery of a high-quality diabetes service, demonstrating a commitment to collaborative working, innovation and continuous professional development

About us

These include Nutrition and Dietetics, encompassing acute services, renal, oncology, nutrition support, education, and the adult diabetes service; the Home Enteral Feeding Service, providing comprehensive care for adult and paediatric patients requiring enteral feeding across the county; and the Specialist Weight Management Service, delivering a specialist Tier 3 weight management programme.

The Department has an ambitious and evolving vision, striving to become a recognised centre of excellence for dietetics both regionally and nationally.
