Serene Healthcare Group is a Nurse led and run company operating in Wiltshire and Hampshire and we are proud to have a highly trained team providing bespoke care and support to our clients in their homes. We are now expanding and we are looking to increase our team of highly trained, innovative, exceptional ,kind and caring, positive professional healthcare assistants.

Even if you have no care experience and have not worked within care or as a Care Assistant before but you like putting people first , you have a caring nature and enjoy making a positive difference in other people's lives, then you're the type of person we're looking for and this is role will be perfect for you!

Job Description:

The main role and responsibilities of a healthcare assistant will be

• Helping clients with their individual needs and maintaining independence

• providing care and support for clients in their own homes such as providing and supporting with personal care(Bathing/washing/shower /dressing , continence support

• meal planning and preparation,

• Medication management

• carrying out light domestic duties, s

• Supporting clients with accessing the community.

• Companionship

• Keeping up to date care notes after every visit to a clients home

Key skills: and Qualifications

• You need to be over 18 and have a full driver's license and access to a car essential

• Have excellent communication skills

• Be a team player as well as be able to work independently and use your own initiative

• Be passionate about care and making a difference in people's lives

• Kind and caring

• Be willing to learn and become a lifelong learner

• Experience is not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided.
