Warehouse Operative / Supervisor (Quality Control)

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum + Quarterly Bonus + Outstanding Benefits
The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative or Warehouse Supervisor with a background in Quality Control? Do you enjoy identifying improvements, maintaining high standards, and making a real impact?
We're recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing manufacturing business that supplies high-quality products across the UK and international markets. As the business continues to expand, they're looking for someone who takes pride in quality, enjoys improving processes, and wants to build a long-term career within a company that genuinely rewards ambition.
This role would suit someone who has worked within Goods In, Goods Out, Warehouse Quality, Manufacturing, or Production, and has a strong understanding of quality standards and compliance.
This isn't a business where you'll be expected to simply "do your job." They're looking for someone who wants to contribute ideas, improve processes, reduce waste, and help drive the business forward. If you've previously streamlined a process, identified cost savings, or often find yourself thinking "there's a better way to do this," you'll fit in well here.
Whether you have one year of experience or ten, attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn are valued just as highly as experience. If you're ambitious and looking for a company where you can progress quickly, we'd love to hear from you.
