JOB-2 c6564 Registered Manager — Children's Home Team Leiston, Suffolk | £47,000–£52,000 per annum | Full-time, Permanent Are you ready for an exciting career opportunity? We are searching for a skilled and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our remarkable children's home in Leiston, Suffolk.

What you will do:
- Lead and motivate an experienced team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, child-focused care.

- Maintain and aim to exceed our current Good Ofsted rating, setting sights on achieving Outstanding.

- Manage all aspects of home operations including safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and implementing the Statement of Purpose.

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with social workers, families, and professionals.

- Handle budgeting, rosters, recruitment, and staff training.

- Embed the Secure Base model and Trauma-informed practices, ensuring all care is centred around the young people's needs.
