Void Manager - West London
Void Properties- Social Housing
Up to £55,000 plus Benefits
Our Client, a rapidly growing construction contractor are currently looking for a Void Manager to join their planned works division on a new four year contract in West London.
Projects that are being delivered to void properties across East London and will be delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties. You will be required to open 5-10 properties a week.
On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:
Management of sub-contractors
Lead the site team to the best of your ability
Manage delivery of works to specification
Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff
Pre & post inspections of works
Health & safety & quality checks
My client are looking for someone with expirience runnning voids projects as well as strong communication skills and a proven track record managing void projects within the the Social Housing sector. A valid First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required. Having your own vehicle is also a requirement for this position.
