Customer Service Advisor (Lisburn)

Honeycomb is proud to be partnering with a trusted and long-established banking client in Northern Ireland to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for their Lisburn branch. This is a temporary opportunity that offers the chance to join a respected organisation recognised for its focus on community values and exceptional customer care. Role Summary As a key member of the branch team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and welcoming service. The role involves meeting and greeting customers and carrying out cash transactions with precision and care. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm. Main Duties Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving queries in a friendly and efficient way. Process cash lodgements, withdrawals, deposits, and other teller transactions accurately. Follow cash handling procedures and complete daily balancing in line with audit and security standards. Support customers by highlighting suitable banking services and encouraging the use of digital and self-service channels where appropriate. Contribute to a supportive team environment to ensure smooth branch operations. About You We are seeking someone who is detail-focused, enjoys engaging with customers, and is comfortable working with cash and systems in a structured environment. Essential : Experience in a role involving face-to-face customer service. Confidence in handling cash and working with figures accurately. Strong communication skills with a positive and approachable manner. Ability to stay organised and manage tasks effectively.
