Pride in Place Programme Co-ordinator for Immingham Hosted by Oasis Community Partnerships, working for the towns of Immingham & Habrough Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week) Contract Type: Fixed Term (subject to programme funding) Salary: Grade B Salary - £42,752.00 (dependent on experience and qualifications) Would you like to help shape the future of Immingham? Pride in Place is a significant Government investment designed to empower local communities to shape and deliver a long-term vision for their area. Working with residents, businesses, public services, elected members and local organisations, the programme seeks to build stronger communities, improve local places and create opportunities for future generations. The programme is seeking an ambitious, experienced and highly organised Programme Co-ordinator to lead the delivery of the Pride in Place Programme in Immingham & Habrough. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role in coordinating a community-led regeneration programme, ensuring local voices are at the heart of decision making and helping to create a lasting legacy for the area. The successful candidate will provide visible place leadership, supporting the Neighbourhood Board to develop and deliver a 10-year Regeneration Plan and a 4-year Investment Plan. They will oversee programme governance, stakeholder engagement, project management, financial monitoring and compliance with government funding requirements. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinating the development and submission of the Pride in Place 10-Year Regeneration Plan and 4-Year Investment Plan. * Supporting and servicing the Neighbourhood Board, including governance, reporting and administration. * Acting as a Place Leader, fostering collaboration across communities, organisations and sectors. * Managing programme delivery, ensuring compliance with Government guidance and funding requirements. * Leading community engagement activities and ensuring residents are central to programme development. * Developing project plans, risk registers, reporting systems and performance monitoring frameworks. * Supporting procurement processes and the commissioning of consultants, contractors and delivery partners. * Managing budgets, financial reporting and audit requirements in partnership with the local authority. * Building and maintaining productive relationships with government departments, local authorities, community organisations and other stakeholders. * Acting as an ambassador for the programme and championing local aspirations. The successful post holder must have: * A degree-level qualification, professional qualification (Level 4-5) or equivalent relevant experience. * Significant experience of leading complex programmes, projects or partnerships. * Experience of stakeholder engagement, partnership working and community consultation. * Strong programme and project management skills, including risk management and reporting. * Experience of budget management and financial accountability. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders. * Knowledge of grant-funded programmes and governance processes. * The ability to analyse complex information and develop practical solutions. * A commitment to inclusion, community participation and the Oasis ethos and values. * Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when required.
