M&E Design Coordinator Location: Midlands (with travel to projects) Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Excellent Package Are you looking to take the next step in your Building Services career with a leading Main Contractor? Our client, a well-established Tier 1 Main Contractor based in the Midlands, is looking to recruit an M&E Design Coordinator to support the delivery of major construction projects across a range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within a Main Contractor, M&E Contractor or Building Services Consultancy who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing Building Services team. The Role Working alongside experienced M&E Design Managers and Project Teams, you will assist in coordinating the Mechanical and Electrical design process from pre-construction through to project delivery. You'll help ensure design information is issued on time, technical queries are resolved efficiently and building services installations are coordinated with the wider construction programme. The role offers a mixture of office and site-based working, with regular travel to project sites to attend coordination meetings and support project teams. While the majority of projects are based across the Midlands, occasional overnight stays may be required for projects further afield.
