You will be joining one of the largest Real Estate Investment Trusts in the world as we rapidly expand into the UK and European markets including moving into new offices at 3 St. Jamess Square.

This opportunity will suit a highly organised detail-oriented Legal Analyst who is looking to provide corporate secretarial governance transactional and administrative support within a global legal and corporate secretariat environment.
Position Overview:
The Legal Analyst (Corporate Secretariat) will provide transactional project management and administrative support to the global Realty Income Corporate Secretariat (CoSec) team across Realty Incomes offices and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Corporate Secretariat team with the following:
- Support global corporate entity management and governance matters including the administration and preparation of board and shareholder meetings notices resolutions and related corporate documentation.
- Maintain corporate records folder structures and statutory registers ensuring appropriate retention across internal and external drives and databases.
- Manage track and update entity management system records and Commercial Registry filings.
- Assist with regulatory filings including UK Companies House filings and coordinate with third-party service providers to track annual filing requirements across relevant European jurisdictions.
- Assist with arranging and collating global KYC information and related documentation.
- Provide administrative support for property acquisitions dispositions and other corporate transactions.
- Support acquisition onboarding activities including the set-up of new entities and the integration of newly acquired entities or assets into the CoSec framework in line with agreed transaction timelines.
- Draft and prepare routine corporate legal documents including meeting agendas notices minutes written consents powers of attorney board resolutions and intercompany loan agreements.
- Coordinate document circulation and execution whether in person or electronically.
- Manage corporate secretary email inboxes including tracking responding to and coordinating timely action on email requests.
- Review track and submit invoices for payment in accordance with internal processes.
Organisation Relationships:
- Be part of Realty Incomes global CoSec team including supporting the CoSec team based in the United States.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders external advisers and third-party service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of corporate secretarial support.
- Communicate with employees across Realty Income as well as third-party advisers such as external legal counsel property managers and domiciliation agencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Must have for the role:
- Relevant experience in a professional administrative capacity.
- Experience in an international corporate legal real estate legal or Corporate Secretariat environment is ideal.
- Ability to read and interpret corporate legal documents.
- Ability to arrange for routine corporate legal documents including intercompany loan agreements to be drafted and signed including related correspondence.
- Proficient in Outlook Excel Word Visio CoPilot and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience using tools such as Harvey CoPilot or other AI tools AdobeSign DocuSign and entity management or board portal platforms such as Diligent Diligent Blueprint GEMS or equivalent systems.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
- Able to work independently and respond effectively in an agile environment.
- Ability to solve practical problems interpret instructions in written oral diagram or schedule form and work with limited standardisation.
- CGI qualification or working towards one is desirable but not essential.
