HE Student Recruitment and Events Officer Help shape the future of Higher Education at Chichester College Group! Are you passionate about helping people take their next step into Higher Education? Do you thrive on engaging audiences, delivering events and turning interest into action? As our HE Student Recruitment and Events Officer, you will: - Deliver engaging recruitment and conversion activity including events, campus tours, webinars and digital engagement. - Build strong relationships with schools, sixth forms and partner organisations to support progression into Higher Education. - Support internal progression from Further Education into Higher Education across our campuses. - Coordinate and deliver open events, applicant experience events and HE-specific activity.

What you will bring to the role: - Experience in delivering customer engagement, recruitment, sales or marketing activity with demonstrable results. - Understanding of marketing and student recruitment within an education setting. - Experience of working with schools, colleges and community organisations. - Experience of supporting conversion-focused activity or customer journey.
