Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 + Company Car + Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced QHSE Systems Manager to join a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation operating across the UK & Ireland.
Reporting directly to the Director of QHSE, this is a strategic role responsible for leading and continuously improving the organisation’s Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards across a multi-site operation.
This position offers a high level of autonomy and visibility, working closely with senior leadership teams to drive operational excellence, compliance, governance and continuous improvement across the business.
The RoleAs QHSE Systems Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining business systems, policies and procedures that support quality, health & safety and environmental performance across the organisation.
You will act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, leading audit activity, supporting compliance initiatives and driving improvements that enhance business performance and operational consistency.
