Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices within a construction workshop environment. Resilient, adaptable and able to maintain professional boundaries whilst building positive and supportive relationships with adult learners. Duties/responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality practical and classroom-based training across a range of construction trades, including carpentry, plumbing, drylining, wall installation and retrofit fundamentals. Assess learners' knowledge, practical skills and workplace behaviours, providing constructive feedback and support throughout their learning journey. Develop learners' confidence, resilience, employability and work-readiness to support successful progression into employment, apprenticeships or further training.
