\n Are you an experienced Registered Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Registered Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity?\n

\n We're recruiting for a Registered Branch Manager to oversee five established Extra Care schemes in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established provider where you'll have the autonomy to lead high-quality services, develop a successful care team and make a genuine difference to the lives of people living independently within their own homes.\n

  • Salary of £35,000 to £37,000 per annum.
    • \n
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

\n The Role \n
\nAs the Registered Branch Manager, you will:\n
\n
    \n
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality care across five established Extra Care schemes.
    • \n
  • Recruit, manage, coach and develop a high-performing care team.
    • \n
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and company policies.
    • \n
  • Monitor branch performance, budgets and KPIs to deliver safe, effective and commercially successful services.
    • \n
  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
    • \n
  • Drive continuous improvement while maintaining exceptional standards of care and customer satisfaction.
    • \n
  • Support business growth while ensuring outstanding quality and regulatory performance.
    • \n
About You \n
\nTo be successful, you'll have:\n
\n
    \n
  • Experience as a Branch Manager, Registered Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager within adult social care.
    • \n
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and the statutory framework relating to domiciliary care, community care or Extra Care services.
    • \n
  • Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance and quality standards.
    • \n
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful care teams.
    • \n
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
    • \n
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
    • \n
