Role: Estates & Portfolio Manager
Location: Brighton, East Sussex (4 days office-based) with one day per week at their rural East Sussex site
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
\n An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Estates & Portfolio Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, a growing business based in Brighton.
\n This is a varied role combining strategic portfolio management with hands-on estate management. You'll oversee a diverse residential and commercial property portfolio, manage external property agents and contractors, and ensure a number of high-value commercial sites are maintained to the highest standards.
