JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As a Oakley & Bliz Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team to execute brand strategy and implement marketing activities across Sports Hub Brands for the North Europe region. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES Examples of areas in which you will assist include, but are not limited to * Assistance of the Oakley and Bliz brand distribution in the region. Managing new doors applications and closures requests from sales reps, under guidance from the BBM. Management of the door database, ensuring full accuracy - monthly distribution review assistance, analysis on new door openings and doors below/ above brand quotas; * assisting the execution of all EVENTS, including brand immersions, trainings, trade conferences, promotional events, brand activations and PR events; * preparation and delivery of TRAINING presentations to the sales force (internal and external); * creation and management of purchase orders and budget tracking for the portfolio * management of showroom organizing the samples and showroom layout, aligning with the trade marketing team to update artwork; * management of incentives – suggest mechanics, forecast and order stock, ensure deliveries to showrooms; * create the digital communications strategy for the sport hub and ensure that the brand guidelines are being respected on marketing campaigns; * managing the content uploads and creation of the ‘brand news’ section on SharePoint for the salesforce; * supporting amending and sending new collection presentations to internal and external stakeholders to support new releases; * weekly PR update reports to be distributed to salesforce – including a quarterly trend analysis review and assisting PR team in activities amplifying brand led activities in alignment with communications manager; * downloading and managing in store photographs; market/store checks (London); * assisting with ad-hoc administration duties for the marketing department as and when required; * Assisting sports marketing manager with athlete product requests for seeding; * Managing PR plan for Bliz brand in sync and alignment with communications manager; * Assisting and managing PR seeding in alignment with communications manager; * Assisting sports marketing manager with researching markets for new opportunities within event partnerships, league partnerships and athlete partnerships; TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE To apply for and be successful in this role, the candidate must * be educated to degree-level; * be proficient in Microsoft packages; * have demonstrable organizational skills; * have good spoken and written English; * have experience in marketing; and * have a demonstrable interest in marketing and sports industry. * detail orientated, proactive and willing to run the extra mile in a dynamic environment.
