  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through the internal systems.
  • Produce and distribute regular reports to support operational and commercial decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate data within ERP and business management systems.
  • Support compliance and quality processes, ensuring documentation is kept up to date.
  • Liaise with internal departments including Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Customer Service.

About You

We are looking for an organised and analytical individual who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, or Administration role.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using ERP, MRP, or business management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
What's on Offer?
  • Competitive salary of circa £28,000.
  • Opportunity to join a stable and growing manufacturing business.
  • Supportive team environment.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Varied role offering exposure across multiple areas of the supply chain function.
