The Role

\n

As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the store. You will lead, coach and develop your team while ensuring the highest standards of customer service, compliance, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.

You'll be someone who leads from the front, creates a positive working environment, and consistently delivers strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
\n
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
\n
• Manage stock levels, availability and replenishment processes
\n
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising standards throughout the store
\n
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance
\n
• Recruit, train and develop colleagues to reach their full potential
\n
• Manage rotas, labour costs and workforce planning effectively
\n
• Maintain store compliance, health & safety, and company procedures
\n
• Build a positive and engaging culture focused on teamwork and success
\n

About You

\n

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Branch Manager or Assistant Store Manager
\n
• Strong leadership and people management skills
\n
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
\n
• Proven experience driving sales and achieving commercial targets
\n
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
\n
• The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
\n
• Experience coaching and developing teams
\n
• A hands-on management style with a strong work ethic
\n
