Working Pattern: Hybrid (60% office attendance required)
Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour
Start Date: 24/08/2026 (subject to approval)

\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n - Manage and progress loan repayment and reclaim cases.
\n - Maintain accurate, auditable records and case information.
\n - Communicate with customers and stakeholders via email and telephone.
\n - Investigate and resolve repayment-related queries.
\n - Analyse, interrogate and evaluate financial and case management data.
\n - Update spreadsheets, case logs and tracking systems.
\n - Escalate risks, issues and complex cases appropriately.
\n - Ensure compliance with data protection requirements and departmental procedures.
\n - Support wider activities across the Defra Pension Team as required.
\n - Work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers and customers to achieve team objectives.

\nEssential Skills & Experience\n
\n - Excellent attention to detail with strong record-keeping abilities.
\n - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
\n - Experience managing workloads and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
\n - Strong organisational skills and case management experience.
\n - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly: \n

No formal pension qualification is required; however, candidates must be willing to learn pension processes and follow established guidance.
