At Le Creuset, every dish begins with a story - and every story begins with people. Since 1925, weve brought generations together around the table, transforming everyday meals into cherished memories. Our legacy is built on colour, craft, and a deep passion for innovation - shaped as much by our iconic products as by the people who bring them to life. Were not just creating cookware; were creating moments that last a lifetime. If youre inspired by heritage, driven by creativity, and ready to shape the future of the kitchen, wed love to welcome you into our story.

The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

As our Assistant Brand Manager, you'll help bring the Le Creuset story to the table, serving up inspiring brand, product and culinary content that captivates our audiences and strengthens our connection with consumers.

Working closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and Social & Creator Content Brand Manager, you'll be an active ingredient in the development and delivery of our communications and social-first marketing strategies. From helping to create engaging content to supporting exciting community initiatives, you'll ensure our brand message is consistently seasoned to perfection across every touchpoint.

You'll play a key role in coordinating marketing activity, nurturing our growing community of food lovers and home cooks, and helping to bring campaigns from recipe to reality. Whether supporting content creation, amplifying social media activity or assisting with brand activations, you'll help ensure every marketing initiative is beautifully prepared, expertly served and unmistakably Le Creuset.

With a passion for storytelling, organisation and all things culinary, you'll provide valuable support across the marketing team, helping us create meaningful brand experiences that delight existing fans and inspire new ones to pull up a seat at the Le Creuset table.
