Job Title: Part-Time Senior Residential Conveyancer Location: Penarth, Wales Company Overview: Join a well-established high-street law firm in the picturesque town of Penarth. We are seeking a qualified Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their dedicated property team on a

part-time basis . With a strong commitment to client satisfaction and a thriving local practice, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking to achieve a better work-life balance without compromising on quality work or responsibility. Position Overview: As a Senior Residential Conveyancer, you will manage an established caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. This role is ideally suited to an experienced practitioner who is confident working independently while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment on reduced hours.
