As a PIP Functional Assessor, youll carry out assessments to understand how a persons physical or mental health condition affects their ability to complete everyday activities. Using your clinical knowledge, youll gather information, review medical evidence and produce accurate, evidence-based reports to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). This is an assessment-focused role. No treatment. No prescribing. No manual handling. Eligible Professions * Adult Registered Nurse (RGN) * Adult Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) * Adult Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) * Adult Physiotherapist * Adult Occupational Therapist * Paramedic * Pharmacist Clinical Experience * Minimum of 12 months post-registration experience * Minimum of 12 months UK-based adult clinical experience * Experience working within adult clinical settings such as acute, community, rehabilitation, primary care, secondary care or mental health services * Strong clinical assessment, history-taking and clinical reasoning skills * Experience producing clear, evidence-based clinical documentation * Confident IT skills and ability to work across digital systems Please Note: * Visa sponsorship is Notavailable. * Applications from candidates who do not hold one of the listed professional registrations or who do not meet the essential criteria cannot be considered.
