Our culture is founded on this high trust, which naturally encourages the high ownership that drives us to meet our shared high expectations and deliver high performance. While we have all the tools to work remotely, we value the purpose and benefits of in-person connections so we expect our teams to come to the office on a regular basis, and therefore be within a comfortable commutable distance from our London office. Alongside a great office environment, think unlimited annual leave, great healthcare benefits, and employee discounts. * Unlimited annual leave * Great healthcare benefits * Employee discounts We want you to thrive and focus entirely on making your biggest impact! You will manage daily communication channels and facilitate company-wide sessions while helping to drive our external social media presence and brand reputation. Additionally, you will lead impactful culture-building initiatives and projects that embed the Zepz culture across our global organisation. Key Responsibilities: Internal Communications & Culture * Manage day-to-day internal communication channels, ensuring clear, strategically timed messaging and easy access to session recordings and updates. * Prepare and facilitate key communication formats, including All Hands and AMA sessions, ensuring the business remains aligned with the planning cadence. * Oversee the Customer Experience Corner end-to-end, collaborating with Customer Care to drive impactful weekly content. * Propose and implement innovative ideas to embed the communication strategy, increasing global engagement and business understanding. * Ensure colleagues are well informed about regional connect events and that we maximise opportunities for content discussed to be shared across the organisation. (Connects are our in-person moments when regional teams get together for a week of learning, planning and connecting) * Drive culture-building projects that strengthen in-person connections. What you bring to the table: We are looking for a candidate who is a Transparent Communicator with exceptional writing skills, a Responsible Owner with: * Proven experience (in-house or agency) running internal or external communications in a fast-paced or distributed organisation, with the judgment to time and tailor messaging for different audiences. * Confidence facilitating company-wide sessions such as All Hands or AMAs, including managing logistics, moderating Q&A, and following up with clear outputs. * A track record of designing or delivering culture-building initiatives that create genuine connection in a remote-first or hybrid environment. * Proven social media expertise and a deep understanding of what resonates with our customers and audiences on platforms like LinkedIn. * Exceptional grammar skills and meticulous attention to detail in all internal and external content to ensure it reflects positively on our brand. * The ability to project manage multiple workstreams at once — from a weekly content series to a quarterly culture objective — without losing momentum. Must be highly structured and adept at continual prioritising of tasks. * The tenacity to build strong relationships and drive alignment by collaborating with a variety of internal teams, including the People team, Customer Care, and executive stakeholders. * Comfort working with ambiguity and proposing new ideas, rather than waiting to be told what to do. * Proficient in using Slack, Google drive and AI tools such as Gemini & Claude. Must be able to provide examples of how AI tools can make a positive impact in areas of content, organisation, connections and streamlining processes. Bonus points if you have: * A communications-based degree. * Experience in handling brand reputation or managing high-volume customer queries. * Agency experience Our global team of 800+ people is spread across six continents. We aspire to hire the best mix of people from former Olympians to YouTube influencers and we speak over twenty languages. This incredible diversity isnt a bonus; its the engine that lets us serve the world. J-18808-Ljbffr
