Job description

About The Role This role sits within the Executive Education Programme Team and focuses on delivering exceptional service and high-quality administrative support across Warwick Business School’s executive education programmes. You will act as the first point of contact for participants and a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally. The role involves supporting the administration of programmes and processes, helping to create a seamless experience for senior leaders and client organisations. This is a varied position with opportunities to work across multiple programmes and functions, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Joining the team now means being part of an exciting period of growth and development, as we continue to enhance our service quality and deliver world‑class experiences to our participants. About You Customer focus and a proactive approach are essential. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a busy environment, have strong organisational skills, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities. If you are passionate about delivering excellent service, can manage information accurately, and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you. You will have experience of providing outstanding customer service and working effectively with multiple stakeholders. Strong administration skills, high IT literacy, and attention to detail are key, as is the ability to communicate confidently and professionally. About The Department Warwick Business School (WBS) is a place where big ideas meet real impact. We’re part of a world‑class university, but we’re more than just our reputation. For nearly 60 years, we’ve been helping people turn ambition into action, equipping them to make a real difference in the world.
