What Youll Do
As a Care Professional you will:
- Provide high-quality person-centred care and companionship in clients own homes.
- Support clients with personal care including bathing dressing grooming and toileting where required.
- Assist with meal planning and preparation medication reminders light housekeeping and other daily living activities.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients promoting independence dignity and wellbeing.
- Follow and contribute to personalised care plans tailored to each clients individual needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients their families and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely care records reporting any changes in a clients health or wellbeing.
- Travel between clients homes to provide scheduled care visits.
What Were Looking For
Were looking for caring individuals who are dependable professional and committed to delivering outstanding care.
Essential:
- A compassionate caring nature with a genuine desire to support others.
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written English.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for travelling between client visits.
- Consistent weekly availability including some evenings and/or weekends.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in home care domiciliary care healthcare or a similar caregiving role.
- Knowledge of person-centred care and care planning.
