Whether you are considering a future career in teaching or have experience working with young people, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your professional skills in a supportive school environment.

  • Provide targeted interventions to individuals and small groups to accelerate progress.
  • Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) where appropriate.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
  • Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Support wider school activities, educational visits and enrichment opportunities.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a degree (essential) and has a strong academic background.
  • Has experience working with children or young people in a school, tutoring, mentoring, coaching or youth work setting.
  • Has excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
  • Is confident leading learning and managing groups of pupils.
  • Demonstrates initiative, resilience and a positive attitude.
  • Has high expectations of all pupils and believes every child can succeed.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

This Role Would Suit:

  • Graduates considering teacher training or a career in education.
  • Experienced Teaching Assistants looking to progress into a Higher Level Teaching Assistant role.
  • Individuals interested in educational leadership, SEND, educational psychology or child development.

What We Offer

  • A welcoming, supportive and ambitious school community.
  • Excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression.
  • Mentoring and coaching from experienced teachers and school leaders.
  • High-quality training to develop your classroom practice and leadership skills.
  • A strong commitment to staff wellbeing.
  • The opportunity to work with enthusiastic pupils who are eager to learn.
  • Excellent transport links across West London.
