Job description
Full-Time - Temporary to Permanent Experienced Glaziers / Window Fitters Required – Portsmouth (PO6) (Temp to Perm Opportunity) Are you an experienced Glazier / Window Fitter with reactive maintenance experience We are currently recruiting skilled Glaziers to work on a social housing contract across the Portsmouth (PO6) area, carrying out reactive repairs and planned works on a social housing contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable Glazier who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and professional service within occupied and void properties. The role is offered on a self-employed basis for the first 12 weeks, with a temporary to permanent arrangement. PAYE options are available after the initial 12-week period. A company van and fuel card are provided, along with ongoing work for the right candidate, must live within the Portsmouth area. Role Overview You will be responsible for window and glazing installations, repairs, and reactive maintenance across social housing properties within Portsmouth, sometimes further a field. The role requires a strong all-round Glazier / Window Fitter who can confidently carry out works from start to finish, including installations, replacements, adjustments, and repairs, maintenance.
