About our Nursery
Join our outstanding team at Busy Bees in Norwich Thorpe, an Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery with a capacity of 72 children. Our longstanding staff provides exceptional care, and every room has direct access to large gardens, promoting outdoor play and exploration. We enhance our curriculum with engaging visits from emergency services and a dentist, providing valuable learning experiences for the children. Role Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
  • Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

Required Qualifications: What We're Looking For:

  • Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
  • Experience working with children under 5.
  • Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
