You don't need years of experience. You don't need to know every knife skill or cooking technique. What matters most is a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. We'll teach you the rest.
Our Chef Hands programme is designed to help people take their first steps into the culinary world, building confidence, skills and experience in a supportive environment. You'll be guided by talented chefs who genuinely want to see you succeed and help you discover what you're capable of.

You'll work alongside experienced chefs during real services, learning everything from food preparation and kitchen organisation to plating dishes and supporting a busy brigade. Every shift is an opportunity to learn something new.

Our Learn, Train, Work, Earn, Succeed programme is built around supporting you every step of the way. You'll receive ongoing guidance, practical training and mentorship from chefs who have worked at some of the UK's most prestigious sporting and hospitality events.
We're passionate about developing people and helping them grow, whether you're looking for your first kitchen role or hoping to build a long-term career in food.

Some of our team members have gone on to work alongside Michelin-starred chefs at world-renowned events including Wimbledon and Cheltenham Festival, cooking alongside culinary legends such as Michel Roux Jr. and Clare Smyth.
