Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are looking for mid-senior level lawyers with structured products or structured finance experience to support Simmons & Simmons internally.

Person specification:

• You are a qualified lawyer.
• You will have strong experience with structured products or structured finance.
• You will ideally have experience working with crypto digital assets and tokenisation.
• You will ideally come from a strong private practice background.
• You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
• You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
• You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
