Were looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support a growing highways and civil engineering business delivering projects across the South East. Working closely with operational teams youll play a key role in driving continuous improvement maintaining compliance and embedding a positive safety culture throughout the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible on projects building relationships and influencing people at every level rather than sitting behind a desk.
The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team youll be responsible for leading Health & Safety across multiple operational sites and supporting managers to achieve the highest possible safety standards.
