Are you a seasoned Estate Manager with a passion for the great outdoors and a knack for leading teams? We have an extraordinary opportunity for you! Our client is seeking a dedicated Estate Manager to take charge of their extensive site in Perthshire. This is a permanent role where you can make a real impact, bringing your expertise to a unique and rewarding environment. What you will get in your new role * A competitive salary of £34,000 per annum * A stable working week of 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm * Some weekend work, overtime, or on-call duties may be required to ensure the smooth operation of the site * The added benefit of accommodation provided – a comfortable static caravan suitable for one person Responsibilities in your new role as an Estate Manager As the Estate Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the impeccable upkeep and smooth operation of our client's site. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading and supervising the grounds maintenance team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site * Planning and carrying out landscape maintenance programmes, including mowing, strimming and weeding * Safely operating, maintaining and overseeing the use of grounds maintenance machinery and equipment * Conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and areas requiring repair * Liaising with the Park Manager and external ...
