Teaching Personnel is recruiting an enthusiastic and compassionate Inclusion Support Assistant to join a welcoming specialist school in Manchester this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and experienced team dedicated to helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.

Your role will include:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small groups.
  • Building positive relationships to improve engagement and confidence.
  • Supporting pupils with additional learning, communication and social needs.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to help pupils succeed.

When applying through Teaching Personnel, an enhanced DBS on the update service is a required document. If you do not have one already, you will be asked to apply for one through Teaching Personnel before you are able to start in a position.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
