Ecommerce Creative Assistant (PPC)

Office/Hybrid Options available - 37.5 hours
Basic up to £25k - £28k (DOE)
We are seeking a candidate with drive, initiative and an ability to work in a fast paced environment. A successful candidate will have a creative and analytical mindset who can find creative solutions, and possess the ability to understand processes and data.
You'll work across a variety of clients with unique brands, designing visual assets for use in Google Ads campaigns and Email Marketing.
What to expect as an Ecommerce Creative Assistant?
- Creating, designing and editing creative assets for use across Google Ads and Email Marketing.
- Designing and building email marketing campaigns and workflows for a variety of clients.
- Building in-depth knowledge of email marketing strategy & digital asset creation
- Working closely with Account Managers to deliver innovative digital marketing strategies for clients
- Comfortable talking to clients about email marketing and the advantages of email marketing in the wider Ecommerce landscape
- Focus on innovation to adapt to the changes in the Ecommerce landscape with the introduction of AI
- Exciting opportunities to work on campaigns in a range of ecommerce industries!
- Clear progression path to Senior roles

Skills we are looking for in an Ecommerce Creative Assistant:
- A good understanding of design principles
- Creative Design experience with evidence of previous work.
- An understanding of general marketing principles
- Team working abilities
- Confident Communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
- Problem solving
- Analytical skills
- Data Driven with the ability to understand trends and use them to improve the clients campaigns
- Willingness to improve their own knowledge across digital marketing
- Google Sheets Proficient
Desired skills for an Ecommerce Creative Assistant:
- Previous Adobe experience - Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Degree in a relevant subject area
- CMS Knowledge
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- Previous experience of using Email Marketing platforms - Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.
