The Role Develop and grow your own specialist recruitment desk. Win new business and build long-term client relationships. Identify recruitment opportunities within your chosen market. Take detailed job briefs and provide consultative advice to clients. Source, interview and shortlist high-quality candidates. Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement. Negotiate offers and successfully close placements. Build and maintain talent pools within your specialist market. Develop your personal brand and represent GRN Search Group professionally. Ensure an exceptional recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. What We're Looking For Previous experience working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within an agency environment. Proven track record of business development and generating recruitment fees. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Commercially focused with excellent organisational skills. Honest, professional and committed to delivering outstanding service. Ambitious with a genuine desire to develop your career.
