Job description
Adult Clinical Assessor (Nurse/Physio/OT/Paramedic) – Reading£47,000 – £51,000 | Remote & Onsite | Monday–Friday | No Nights or WeekendsApply today – fast-track shortlist within 24 hours Are you a Adult Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Paramedic looking to move away from hands-on care while continuing to make a meaningful difference?   • £47,000–£51,000 starting salary
  • £1,000 salary increase after 12 months
  • £2,000 One of Bonus upon completion of training
  • Ongoing salary progression as your experience grows
  • 5% annual performance bonus
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
  • No evenings, nights or weekends
  • Hybrid working (Clinic and Home)
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Paid CPD and professional registration fees
  • Fully funded training to become a DWP-accredited Clinical Assessor
  • Clear career progression into Senior Assessor, Quality Assurance and Clinical Coaching roles
What you'll be doing
  • Conduct functional assessments via face-to-face, telephone and video appointments.
  • Review medical evidence and clinical history.
  • Assess how physical and mental health conditions affect an individual's daily living and functional ability.
  • Apply evidence-based clinical reasoning to complete accurate assessment reports.
  • Produce structured reports to support benefit entitlement decisions.
Who we're looking for You must be registered with one of the following:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
  • Physiotherapist
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Paramedic
Essential Requirements
  • Active UK NMC or HCPC registration
  • Minimum 12 months' post-registration clinical experience
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Comfortable using IT systems
  • Looking for a structured Monday–Friday clinical career
