With Wellbeing support and activities to support your Mental Health, a range of benefits that can save you money and make a difference, and development to nurture your career.What you will be doing:As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), you will help people with complex mental health issues , enabling individuals to live in their own space , while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.Your day-to-day will include:Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service usersBeing responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of careProviding mentorship and support to team membersObserving, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care providedSkills and knowledge you will have:A relevant nursing qualificationNMC registration (RMN or RNLD)Strong team-working skillsA high level of self-motivation and a flexible approachA positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionateA commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practiceWhere you will be working:Location : 2 Burley Court, Steeton, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD20 6TUJoin the multidisciplinary team a t Three Valleys Hospital, care for people with complex mental health issues in a safe and supportive environment.There are a range of services across five wards – including a specialist dementia service
- where you'll gain experience working with gender-specific distinct rehabilitation and step-down services.
